With a B.Comm in business Technology and information management from Ryerson University, Daemon has enjoyed the position of an associate in Network connectivity and Sales in Bell Canada. His journey has been marked by consistent growth whereby he went on to spearhead over 250 associates and Leaders as the Operations Manager for a top client. This was in addition to coaching junior managers and associates in service and sales. His strategic relationships with clients allowed him to win over various B2B projects that ultimately brought him to Makem where he makes business processes more efficient and improves the overall performance of the team.
